Junior Brigid Gilberti is so excited to be on the Hilltopper team for the first time this year! She’s very involved in the theater and music departments at amount Saint Charles. In her free time she likes to bake, play piano, and play Stardew Valley. |

Madigan is a junior writer who has an affinity for the performing arts and international news. She performs all over the world including several european countries, her favorite place being Lake como, Italy! She is also a part of the writing club, freshman institute, and much more at mount! |

KRISTIN POLSENO
Kristin Polseno graduated with honors from both the University of Rhode Island (marketing and LMS) and Rhode Island College (secondary education) and received the Katherine Murray Outstanding Future Teacher Award before working as a high school English teacher in Cumberland. After taking years off to spend time raising her children, she went on to work as an Induction Coach (teacher mentor) for the Rhode Island Department of Education. This grant-funded program lasted three years and afforded her the opportunity to work in school systems all throughout Rhode Island. After working as an Instructional Technology Coordinator in Foster, she came to Mount Saint Charles Academy to take on the role of Library Media Specialist. Polseno and her husband, Fred, who is a pharmacist, have two children. Her son, Jason, is a freshman and her daughter, Mia, is in 8th grade. They also have two rescue dogs--an Australian Shepherd named Rocky and a Border Collie named Scout. Polseno moderates The Hilltopper and the Culinary Club here at Mount.
